Regarding Performing Arts: Ms. Paquin has a BA and BEd in Drama from the University of Alberta.She has taught at the Citadel Theatre for 6 years, and created Drama programs at Grovenor Elementary and Rideau Park Elementary. She has stage managed 2 productions at O'Leary High School, and has performed on the Timms, Walterdale, Westbury, Fringe Theatre Festival and Azimuth stages around the city. Her deep love of theatre and connections with Edmonton's Theatre community drives Ms. Paquin to create strong, unique and personal performances in the Performing Arts Academy. 

Regarding English Language Arts: Ms. Paquin has a BA and BEd as an English minor, and has taught English at the high school level for a few years. Her personal passions regarding the English language is unique word mixing, song writing, journaling and puns. She believes that English Language Arts should help students become more aware and present about their state, and the state of the world around them.
